Preparation
- Place chicken breasts and BBQ sauce in sealable plastic bag, using enough sauce to cover the meat. Refrigerate for 3 hours or more.
- Remove chicken from marinade and allow to stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Discard used sauce.
- Grill the chicken over Direct Medium heat until meat is firm to the touch and internal has reached 165 degrees, approximately 8 to 12 minutes turning once.
- Serve warm.
